I have been counselling in the UK and Spain for the past 9 years. I am committed to providing counselling and psychotherapy in a confidential and non-judgemental environment.

I work with both individuals and couples on an open-ended basis, or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.

I have taught Personal Development and Introduction to Counselling Skills courses and can offer you strategies to help you improve your confidence and self-esteem.

I am experienced in helping clients who have difficulties with Bereavement; Relationships;Panic Attacks;Anxiety;Redundancy;Depression;Divorce

I have an office at The Meridian Centre, Yardley Wood Road, Birmingham and Newhall Street, City Centre. I also offer a home counselling service which covers Solihull, Birmingham and West Midlands areas. (conditions apply)
